Each system is operated by a board of seven commissioners appointed by Florida’s governor.
Today’s thesis:
Few – if any of the 14 commissioners responsible for the overall operation of Broward's two giant tax supported hospital systems have a clue as to the meaning and/or relevance revealed by the trends
