 Wo Ist Mein Luger?
   Since time immemorial, it's been the role of old men to bitch about the dismal flaws of today – versus yesterday's faded glories.
  
Which, at 72, makes me an aging poster child for geriatric kvetching.
  
And also, as a retired newspaperman, why I've decided to tilt the whako windmills of failed representative government here in South Florida.
