   Which is against federal law.
   So an informed heart attack consumer will  plan ahead and arrange for a friend drive them to a low cost hospital the next time the old ticker gives out on them.

   Hint: Smart health care consumers will head for Memorial Miramar during their next heart attack – and avoid the risk of sticker shock at Broward General's Heart Center of Extravagence where cardiac costs are a real chest grabber.
